Customer Service Representative

Pilger’s Tire & Auto Center is seeking an energetic individual for Counter Sales Position to help provide customer service for a family owned/operated Tire and Automotive business.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide timely, attentive, upbeat service to customers who expect personal and honest service from a well-respected family business for over 45 years.
• Greeting customers and answering phone calls in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information regarding tire sales and automotive services.
• Starting work orders, scheduling services, completing invoices, processing payments.
• Receiving inventory.
• Training and assisting new general service technicians using good supervisory skills and being willing to help in the shop if needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current drivers license and good driving record.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
